Salmon River Outfitters, Idaho whitewater rafting trips and river rafting

There are several ways to book your trip. First, you can call us (800.346.6204) to obtain a "verbal" booking which will hold your space for seven days. This is a good way to begin since trips tend to fill rapidly and discussing the openings with our Reservations Office can be very helpful.

Or, you can print out and mail back the form below, with deposit or full-payment, or you can submit it to us electronically; we will call you to discuss details and obtain your credit card information for the deposit to reserve space.

To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable $150/person deposit is required. If you cancel prior to final payment, your deposit will be credited toward a future booking. The full balance is due 90 days prior to trip date and is non-refundable. If this payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to regard the reservation cancelled.

To protect your investment a Travel Insurance Policy (including Cancellation, Baggage and Accident coverage) will be sent to you once reservations are made.

LIABILITY RELEASE
I, the undersigned, am taking a trip with Salmon River Outfitters, Inc., and do acknowledge that there are certain risks involved in any wilderness adventure. I am aware that I will be traveling on a whitewater river with numerous obstacles and rapids, far from the normal services of civilization, subject to risks unique to this type of travel. In consideration for the services rendered, I agree, according to the provisions of Title 6, Chapter 12, Idaho code, not to hold Salmon River Outfitters, Inc., or its employees liable for injury to any person or property. I understand and agree with Salmon River Outfitters, Inc.'s RESERVATION & CANCELLATION policy, and am aware of their recommendation for Travel Insurance. After receiving your $450 non-refundable deposit to hold your booking (or your full payment), we will send a detailed information packet, including personal equipment list, motel reservation forms, charter flying/vehicle shuttle rates, and a Travel Insurance Policy. All trips subject to 6% Idaho sales tax, 3% Forest Service fee and a $4.00 per day recreation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to severe weather, water conditions, or insufficient reservations. All fees are refundable for cancelled trips.

The guides are trained in Water Rescue, CPR, and Advanced First Aid. We carry standard medical equipment.
